If one business knows change it's the cable business. And we've seen that change first-hand as our client MediaOne became AT&T Broadband and then Comcast. 

But one thing didn't change and that was our 12-year relationship with the client marketing team - we worked closely with them to develop branded, response-driven campaigns for customer acquisition, retention and winback. 

THE CHALLENGE:

As you might expect from national powerhouses like AT&T and Comcast, branding was handled by the big-boy agencies in places like New York and San Francisco.

Our job was to remain true to the brand while creating memorable, integrated campaigns focused on driving calls and clicks. These usually included a mix of TV, radio, print, direct mail, digital and outdoor.
