If one business knows change it's the cable business. And we've seen that change first-hand as our client MediaOne became AT&T Broadband and then Comcast.

But one thing didn't change and that was our 12-year relationship with the client marketing team - we worked closely with them to develop branded, response-driven campaigns for customer acquisition, retention and winback.

As you might expect from national powerhouses like AT&T and Comcast, branding was handled by the big-boy agencies in places like New York and San Francisco.

Our job was to remain true to the brand while creating memorable, integrated campaigns focused on driving calls and clicks. These usually included a mix of TV, radio, print, direct mail, digital and outdoor.

Comcast services tens of millions of people from coast-to-coast. You are very likely one of them.

For many years we had an in-house agency and 8 Beacon Partners was our creative arm. The result was business building work that had the look of a major-agency yet at a fraction of the cost.
— Mark O'Day, VP Marketing,, Comcast North Division
8 Beacon always worked tirelessly to meet our needs, whether they were putting together full-scale production of a 30-second TV spot, or a direct mail project with time-sensitive deadlines. We could count on them to complete our projects on-time and on-budget, even given our often compressed timelines and complex productions. The 8 Beacon team is creative, supportive and fun to work with. Their professionalism and can do attitude makes them a trusted partner on assignments of any size. They are dependable, great communicators, and they have the invaluable ability to keep things light and fun.
